Career

I am a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, graduated in 2005.

As I like to learn as much as possible, I started my career as a technician, installing complicated weaving machines in Pakistan, Spain and Germany. 

In 2008, I joined Bekaert as business development analyst. For three years, I learned about new markets, understanding how industry dynamics work and give advice how to bring new technologies to market.

The markets I researched:

• Materials for water injection pipes for onshore oil fields in North America
• Manufacturing costs of aramid fibers. 
• Abrasive consumables for the natural stone market.
